These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (higherfrequencythoughts.com and its subdomains), our free content ("The Guiding Light"), and your participation in our paid coaching programs, including "Aligned in Practice" (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Higher Frequency Thoughts, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services consist of professional coaching and mentorship, including digital content, group programs, and private 1:1 coaching, all designed to help you integrate the principles of Quiet Leadership.Confidentiality: We promise that all personal information you provide during our coaching work will be held in the strictest confidence.Coaching is Not Therapy: You understand that our coaching Services are not a substitute for professional advice, psychotherapy, counseling, or financial/legal advice. We will provide professional referrals if needed.Your Responsibility for Results: You are fully responsible for your own actions and for creating your own results from our Services. Our role is to provide a powerful framework, guidance, and support; you are responsible for your own integration and implementation.

2. Client Commitments
For our coaching partnership to be as powerful as possible, you agree to:
- Engage with honesty and openness.
- Participate fully in the programs you enroll in.
- Communicate with us promptly if you feel the coaching is not meeting your needs, so we can work to find a solution together.

3. Investment & Refund Policy
All fees for our paid programs are due at the time of purchase, as per the payment option you select at checkout. Due to the high-touch nature of our Services and the limited spots available, all payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for the full investment, regardless of whether you attend all calls or complete the program.

4. Scheduling for 1:1 Sessions
For any private 1:1 coaching sessions, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited. Group "Resonance Sessions" are a core part of the cohort experience and cannot be rescheduled, but recordings will be made available.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services, including the "Aligned in Practice Toolkit," weekly prompts, and call recordings, is the intellectual property of Higher Frequency Thoughts, LLC. This content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without our prior written consent.
